The aim of this module is to prepare the transition from initial white belt student to blue belt and to make the training effective.

This module is also ideal for those people who are a little out of practice and want to return to their old form. Through piecemeal learning, skills are shaped gradually and sustainably. After developing a solid foundation of jiu-jitsu in the beginner's module, you will begin to understand the dynamics of combat and prepare for the advanced module: Learning and understanding each technique, respecting the teacher and comrades, and the ALLIANCE method are the key points for solid development. One becomes healthier, faster and stronger in training, in everyday life and in life itself.
